A time of crisis – or of opportunity?

We find ourselves in continued turbulent times, some would say even of crisis, with the future looking less stable than ever. Everything seems up for grabs, likely to change, and subject to sudden upheaval. There are few points of certainty, whether you view the world through a political, technological, social, or economic lens. Ironically the most certain feature of the world today is that we are in an environmental crisis, but our political leaders appear (for the most part) to be bereft of new ideas and just as lost as the rest of us. What does this all mean for organisational leaders? How do we make sense of this messy context and do the best for our people, our companies and our stakeholders?
