British Paralympic Association

The British Paralympic Association has responsibility to select, manage, deliver and lead the Great Britain and Northern Ireland team at the Paralympic Games. This team is known as ParalympicsGB.

ParalympicsGB

We’ve supported the BPA and ParalympicsGB athletes and coaches since 2000, in a wide variety of behind the scenes roles; ranging from mentoring new team leaders, helping coaches build new teams, and enabling BPA staff to work together superbly.  Notably we were also on the ground in London, Sochi and Rio supporting the Paralympic Inspiration Programme, helping aspiring Paralympians to understand and prepare for the challenges of performing at the very highest levels.

I’ve worked with Jonathan, Katherine and William over multiple Games cycles (Paralympic and Olympic) on a range of team preparation and development programmes.

Their experience and insights, from both sport and business, have positively supported our ‘best prepared team’ strategy – developing individuals, helping build successful high performing teams and enabling team members to thrive in the high-pressured Games environment.
