Off-Site Event for an Accountancy Firm
Haysmacintyre LLP are a successful accountancy firm whose audit function has grown rapidly, bringing many young members into its teams. After the interruption caused by the pandemic, its leaders recognised that future success required the need to re-affirm and re-energise the firm’s strong and collaborative culture. This would ensure clients continued to experience a consistent, quality service as the business expands.
What we did
We designed and delivered a highly interactive, all day off-site event for the entire 250 strong audit function. Our team of facilitators put a spotlight on high performance mindset and habits, provided practical tools, and encouraged people to think, reflect and commit to action. The day was also designed to give maximum opportunity for people to connect, collaborate, share learning and build important working relationships across the business.
