Emma Wiggs MBE talks to Jim Constable

The most recent podcast from Mezzana Partners features Paralympic canoeist Emma Wiggs MBE. Emma talks about high performance but also her work in the corporate world – the parallels, her learning and the transferable knowledge, skills and attitudinal aspects.

Emma won gold medals in paracanoe at the past two Paralympic Games, in Tokyo and Rio and is a 10-time World Champion. In recent years she has become an in demand corporate speaker and mentor. Typically of her, she wants to excel in these things (and she does). She is both studying business psychology and public speaking (in which she is already highly accomplished). The podcast focuses on bridging some of the gaps between the high-performance world of elite sport and the sometimes crazy world of business.
